Role Responsibilities

In your role as Branch Manager, you will provide guidance and oversight of daily staff transactions and demonstrate sales referral success to increase efficiency and loan growth. You will direct and support the activities of the tellers to maintain and develop customer satisfaction and banking relationships. You also are opening or closing various types of accounts following applicable policies and procedures to ensure compliance.


Role Requirements

You will bring with you a minimum of a high school diploma with additional college education or business training and proficient math and communication skills. Having four to five years of progressive banking experience is highly desirable. We will look for experience in leading a team, and possessing excellent interpersonal, time-management and customer service skills.
